 Review Course Sign-Up Form. This information will be used when you are logged in to the site.
- Confirm the sign-up information is correct and post it.
- Enter our Secure Server Area to provide payment information. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or personal checks. $300.00 allowing access up to 12 weeks.
